Layers · colours
Up to eight, at most one main emblem. Order is not yours to choose and that is
on purpose: layers are painted in heraldic order, so a bordure is never buried under a
beast, and two people who pick the same layers in a different sequence get the
identical code. Colour choices that would exceed four tinctures or break the rule of
tincture are unavailable.
No layers yet. A plain field is legal arms.

Groups help find a shape; they do not change paint order. Open a group or
search in ordinary words such as star , ring or small shield .
A matching second-colour option appears on a selected main emblem.

Restricted charges
A few charges are restricted, and they are not in the list above until a
charge code reveals them. One may be reserved for a class of House and another
commissioned for a single player, so there is no single reason and the page does not
pretend there is. A herald issues a code with /arms grant.
Charge code
Reveal
No restricted charges revealed in this browser.
Codes add up rather than replace each other, so a second
code keeps what the first one revealed, and Remove takes one back off again. The set is
kept in this browser and nowhere else, which is also why it is not part of a shareable
link.
A charge code is a convenience, not a secret. It reveals
the charge here and confers nothing at all. What lets you officially bear one is a
permission node in game, and /arms set refuses a registration bearing a
charge you do not hold it for. Physical decorations remain copyable with looms and
/arms apply; /arms verify tells a registered bearing from a
copy. Ask a herald for the node, not just the code.
